PEE WEE BASKETBALL
It's time for Lil Warrior Ball! Please REGISTER HERE. Registration is $15 per child and can be paid in the front office or online with this link: 2024-2025 Pee Wee Basketball Registration Fee. This will be for students in the 3rd-6th grades or up to 12 years old. Age groups may be combined to make teams. Students may play up but not down. If a 2nd grader is wanting to play, please visit with Coach Gallagher or Coach Smallwood for consideration. Our teams will play teams from Foreman, Umpire, Horatio, De Queen etc. and games will be in December & January. A schedule will be made available as soon as possible. Volunteers are needed to help with teams, to operate the gate, concession stand, and scoreboard for home games. Players will need basketball shoes that are not worn anywhere else and are only used on the gym floor. Put their name in them, as there is a place at the gym they can be stored. To field teams, we really need everyone possible to play!

Are You Our Next Pre-K Teacher?
Or do you know who is?
Dear LA Families,
Due to her broken foot, a needed surgery, and several days a week of required rehab, Mrs. Bean is sadly leaving us from teaching Pre-K. We need to hire a new Pre-K teacher and we need to do so SOON!
We need someone who is organized and structured, loves children, is patient, and desires to work and serve children in a Christ-centered environment.
Do you know someone who would be a good fit? Is it you!?
Please help us fill this position by praying with us and maybe it is you we should hire!? Maybe you know the perfect fit.
Here is the application link.
Thank you!
Navy-White Night
We had a great time at Navy/ White night last night as the “Legends” and “Lady Legends” (aka-parents, teachers and alumni) took on the Warriors and Lady Warriors in a ‘friendly’ scrimmage. This has become an annual event and unforgettable matchup where the rules are stretched, the Legends showcase their ‘talent’ (while praying they don’t get hurt), students roll their eyes at the unpredictable scoreboard (which somehow always favors the Legends?!), and a LOT of laughs are shared!
This is family fun at its finest and we sure love doing it with our Legacy family!
Warrior basketball is about to officially kick off and we are excited for a brand new season and to see their hard work pay off! #workhardplayhard #warriorstrong #joyfullydifferrent #thisishowlegendsaremade
Athletics -- Bus Drivers
We need help driving the bus for the upcoming year. If you are interested in helping with this, please let Mr. Smallwood know (tim.smallwood@legacymail.org). Legacy Academy will cover the cost of the CDL exam, and a small stipend for driving is available. PLEASE HELP WITH THIS!
